Ellen Gardner
About Vice President, Business Coaching, Ellen Gardner
Ellen Gardner brings 25 years of Business Consulting & Coaching experience to Edge Retail Academy. She has owned multiple businesses & started her career as a real estate investor, then real estate investing Coach & Speaker.
Ellen has had the amazing opportunity to work with remarkable business "guru's", such as Robert & Kim Kiyosaki (Author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad & Rich Woman), Robert Allen (Author of Nothing down for the 2000's+), Mark Victor Hansen (Co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul).
She continually comes back to helping owners & operators build strong business communities and culture within the business setting, empowering owners to "know their numbers" (as you will hear her often say!), such as their profit & loss statements. Ellen ensures our clients strengthen their business operations, while continuing to build revenue, expand their return on investment, and encompass vertical channels to expand sales in their business.
As an award-winning Consultant within many organizations, Ellen is driven, results-oriented, empathetic, and loves empowering others to face fears in their businesses. She thrives on sharing her knowledge, so our clients are better equipped to take educated risks vs. being risky, all while growing into the businesses they imagine.
Ellen has built curriculum, trained “train the trainer’ programs, spoken nationwide on scaling your business, return on investment & forecasting, and why it's important to know your numbers, as well as building an amazing company culture.
She has extensive knowledge of operations, cost of goods, marketing, financial statements, and business analytics, and enjoys building relationships of trust with those around her.
