The Jewelry Peer Advisory Council is designed for established jewelry business owners who are ready to operate at a higher strategic level. This facilitated peer council brings together a small group of non-competing stores to challenge thinking, pressure-test decisions, and refine direction alongside others who truly understand the business. Guided by our Vice President of Coaching Strategy and Development, conversations stay candid, focused, and outcome-driven, helping members surface blind spots, sharpen strategy, and sustain momentum through informed challenge and shared experience.

Eligibility: Available by invitation to select one-on-one coaching clients who have demonstrated consistent performance, strategic maturity, and readiness for peer-level advisory engagement.
