Board of Directors Program

The Board of Directors Program is an invitation-only collective of ambitious jewelry retail business owners who serve as one another’s strategic advisors. Each group functions as a personal board—delivering candid feedback, shared expertise, and the level of perspective typically reserved for the highest tiers of leadership.

Each Board brings together a small group of non-competing jewelry retailers to challenge thinking, uncover blind spots, provide strategic insight, and refine direction alongside peers who deeply understand the jewelry business.

Eligibility: Invitation-only for select one-on-one coaching clients who consistently perform, think strategically, and are ready to collaborate and contribute at an executive level.
