Live group coaching gives retail jewelers and store leadership a place to think through real business challenges together. At Edge Retail Academy, we call this forum Coach’s Roundtable. 

Coach’s Roundtable is led by multiple experienced jewelry-industry business coaches. This is not a lecture or a webinar. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, join the discussion, and learn directly from both the coaches and fellow retail jewelers.

Crucial Topics

Topics are selected based on the current issues retail jewelers and store leadership are dealing with, and each session is shaped by participant questions and discussion.

Conversations focus on the areas that have the greatest impact on store performance, including leadership and culture, financial confidence, pricing and margin protection, inventory and cash flow, marketing and events, team development, accountability, and forward planning.

The Coach’s Roundtable focuses on coaching perspective and guided group discussion. When owners and store leaders want deeper focus, store-specific execution, and ongoing accountability, one-on-one coaching builds on this foundation. Participation in Coach’s Roundtable is included for clients in one-on-one coaching tiers.

For some, additional focus is helpful. In those cases, Edge Retail Academy offers a coaching option that adds quarterly one-on-one sessions with a business coach alongside continued participation in the monthly Coach’s Roundtable.
