About Business Coach, Cindi Haddad Drew
Cindi’s journey in the jewelry industry began at just 16 years old, when she took a job in a local jewelry store and quickly discovered a passion for working with metals and creating pieces that bring joy to others. Inspired by that early experience, she launched her first jewelry business from her parents’ home—laying the foundation for a career that now spans more than 40 years.
Committed to mastering her craft, Cindi pursued formal education in jewelry design and repair, developing deep expertise in both the technical and creative sides of the trade. She went on to build Cindi’s Diamond & Jewelry Gallery into a trusted destination jewelry store known for distinctive, one-of-a-kind pieces and a deeply personal client experience.
As part of her long-term growth strategy, Cindi partnered with Edge Retail Academy as a coaching client, where she refined her operations and successfully transitioned into an absentee ownership model. Today, she serves as a Business Coach with Edge Retail Academy and is passionate about helping independent jewelry store owners build sustainable, profitable, and fulfilling businesses.
Cindi’s leadership extends well beyond her store. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center, is the Past Chairman of Foxborough Founders Day, a past Board Member of Independent Jewelers Organization, and an organizational leader of the Foxborough Uptown Business Collaborative—demonstrating her deep commitment to strengthening both her industry and her local community.
Outside of her professional life, Cindi treasures time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and everything New England has to offer.
Cindi is passionate about helping jewelry store owners build profitable, sustainable businesses while creating lives they love.
