Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the Jewelry Industry, excelling on both the retail and wholesale side of the business. He has talent in both sales and team management and most importantly, inventory management.
Most recently with Hearts On Fire as a Senior Manager, Kevin was instrumental in helping retailers maximize a healthy inventory and generate a successful ROI. He has strengths in helping retailers decrease their aged inventory, to maintain an optimum inventory level, and generate more revenue. During his time at Hearts On Fire he successfully motivated jewelry retail store owners, managers and sales professionals to have success with sell-through at the counter, all while directing a group of Territory Managers to do the same.
Previous to Hearts On Fire, Kevin spent 16 years working on the jewelry retail side of the industry. He managed one of the Shreve, Crump & Low stores in Boston, MA and was effective at motivating a seasoned and professional sales team to achieve and exceed their sales goals, year after year.
With his experience in multiple facets of the jewelry industry, Kevin brings a unique and diverse skill set to our team, that benefits both our retail and vendor clients.
