Technical Support Specialist
Over the last 15 years, Tom Lanoix has developed extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking. Tom has experience in working with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS and Linux. He has completed the Microsoft System’s Engineer Course and over the last ten years has been working in the credit card processing industry. In that time, he has been setting up and troubleshooting point of sale systems for merchants processing credit cards. One of those systems was The Edge POS software. Tom has experience working with The Edge on a technical level, especially during the transition to EMV based credit cards. He has carried over his technical knowledge of The Edge to Edge Pulse. Tom’s role at the Edge Retail Academy, is to make sure each and every client receives top-level support as he ensures that they all stay up and running with the Edge Pulse.
