One of the differences between jewelry store performances is the amount, frequency and quality of industry information they have access to.

Level 1 - KPI's is all about Key Performance Indicators.  Compare your sales, gross profit, stock-turn, markup, average sale, quantity of sales, category performance, inventory levels etc. against industry averages and see where you rank in each area.  Comparisons are made on a month by month and a rolling twelve (12) month basis.

Level 2 - Vendor Performance is a ranking of the 10 top Vendors accross the industry for the month and for the previous twelve (12) months.  Vendors are ranked in three ways based on retail sales, quantity of items sold and by the amount of gross profit made. 

Level 3 - Fastsellers gives you access to online reports of the top selling items in each category or by individual Vendor.

For example, you can get a list of the top 20 selling Diamond Rings in the last month that have retailed between $2,500 and $3,500.  You will see who the Vendor is, their design/model number, the average cost price, the average margin, the average retail sale value and the items will be ranked according to the number sold across all stores.  Think of the Power!
